| Born and raised in San Pedro, Joseph Rich sits on the board of directors of several community organizations, and continues to practice the family work ethics of sincerity and reliability. Committed to these principles of performance and personal integrity that helped build the business, he has aggressively grown Rich Development Company¡¯s asset base 10 fold.
Joseph studied at the Schools of Business and Communications at the University of Southern California and is responsible for overseeing all areas of the company¡¯s operations, including land acquisitions, financial analysis, leasing, marketing and property management.
