Rich Development has been acquiring, leasing and managing commercial properties in the early 1960s, beginning with San Pedro Plaza on 5th Street.

Through this philosophy, Rich Development has grown from 80,000 square feet of owned and managed properties to 1,000,000 square feet, with an additional 1,000,000 square feet in the development pipeline.

In 2006 Rich Development will begin construction on its first residential project with the construction of the Meridian Senior Housing Condominiums in Torrance, California.
