Redevelopments, particularly when they involve historical buildings call for sensitivity when negotiating the needs of the tenants while addressing the concerns of the community. Our efforts in this regard for our Long Beach / Rite Aid project resulted in an Award of Excellence for outstanding achievement in cultural preservation.
