With a degree in architectural design, Tab has been in real estate development since 1984. Prior to joining Rich Development, Tab was Real Estate Manager for a national retailer, V.P. of Construction for a retail development company based in Newport Beach, and Director of Construction/Design for Pioneer Chicken Restaurants.

Tab's responsibilities include site selection, project design, governmental entitlements and project management. His hands-on knowledge of retailers needs, architectural/engineering requirements, and city approval processes is invaluable when it comes to completing projects on time and on budget.
