NEW ARRIVALS AT RICH DEVELOPMENT, SAN PEDRO

Rich Development is happy to announce our new employees: Christina Omoto, Keslyn Nguyen and John Sarinas

Rich Development welcomes our new Controller, CHRISTINA OMOTO, who brought with her 15 years of commercial real estate accounting experience.  Previously, she worked at American Healthcare Investors (AHI) as a Manager for their REIT.  She was responsible for the managing staff on their day to day accounting processes, as well as reviewing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports that were ultimately used for the SEC reporting.  Before AHI, she worked at Grubb & Ellis as a Portfolio Controller and oversaw many of the accounting processes and functions, worked closely with the asset management team on property related issues including budgets and CAM.

Ms. Omoto has a bachelor degree in Accounting from the California State University, Dominguez Hills.

We also welcome KESLYN NGUYEN, Property Staff Accountant.  Keslyn came from CAL-AM Properties where she worked as a general accountant.  She performed accounts payables as well as month-end and year-end close processing and account reconciliations. Prior to that, Keslyn worked at Hyundai America as an Accounting Specialist processing AP.

Ms. Nguyen has a bachelor degree in Business from Vanguard University.

Last, but certainly not least, JOHN SARINAS has come on board as a Senior Property Manager. John has over 12 years of real estate experience.  He most recently worked at Safeway Inc., as a Property Development Associate where he worked on the tenant and landlord side of the business.  John was responsible for overseeing all property management responsibilities for his portfolio, including operations, budgeting, coordinating tenant improvements and preparing management reports.  Prior to Safeway, he worked at Safco Capital Corporation as a Property Manager managing approximately 2 million square feet of retail space.
